How We Distribute Masks

Project Funding
H.E.L.P. ANIMALS, INC., a 501 ( C ) 3 Tax Deductible, Non Profit Organization supplies the masks through
monetary donations received. We do not have the funds to gift the mask sets to all fire stations. We
rely upon individuals, businesses and local communities to raise the funds for their Fire Houses, Police
K9 Units, 501 (c ) 3 Animal Shelters and Wild Life Rehabbers. Donations sent to us are tax deductible as
allowed by law!
Who we will send masks to:
We do NOT sell to any Commercial Business for resale. Therefore, we have a special pricing of $55.00 per set. We will only send masks from monies donated to us to cover our costs to Government Agencies, any Volunteer Fire & Rescue, EMS, Search & Rescue K9 Units, 501C3’s relating to Animal Rescue and Wild life Rehabbers.
We do not have any geographical limitations. We will send the mask donation anywhere in the world. We have never inflated the cost of the mask set. We make absolutely no profit from the “H.E.L.P. Animals, Inc. Nationwide Rescue and Resuscitative Initiative”. We are a 501(c) 3 Tax Deductible Organization established July 2003. To date we have distributed approximately 3,000 mask sets and over 150 Large K9 masks throughout 46 states in the U.S.A. including Alaska and Hawaii and several cities in Canada.
How To Start
*First, please get the Fire Chief’s permission to have the Animal Oxygen Recovery Mask allowed on the vehicles. This must be your first priority, as any equipment to be placed on an Emergency vehicle must have the Chief’s permission.
The mask set is so versatile; it should take care of just about any animal species from a tiny bird or reptile to a St. Bernard. The masks are economical, reusable, sturdy and easily cleaned, plus it has a great manufacturer warranty.
You may tell the Chief that the masks we carry are the very same make and model that we donated to the USAF / NASA Kennedy Space Center’s Fire Rescue Services, EMS and K9 Unit on June 22, 2005. I can send the Chief a photo of the presentation via email. I have that photo on our homepage of our web site, www.helpanimalsinc.org
The Cost:
Included with the set of three different sized masks is the 22mm oxygen tubing for each individual mask. There is a warranty that is posted on our web site www.helpanimalsinc.org.
If an order to a single site contains at least (25) twenty-five sets and can be drop-shipped via UPS!
There is a $5.00 handling fee added to help defray project costs. The actual UPS shipping charge from Orange City, FL is added as well. The mask donation is Tax Deductible as allowed by law, but the shipping and handling fee is not. If you would like a TAX RECEIPT LETTER, please let us know.
How to Place an Order:
*Please include with your order the following information: Name, address and contact person with phone number of the facility that will be receiving the masks, the donor/s name and what you would like us to post as the "donor". The donor may keep their identity secret or with permission, we can put it in a press release and post it on our web site.
You may “gift” your mask donation any way you wish, e.g.: Birthday present for the one who has everything, In memory of, or any special thought will do. Everyone benefits, both you and the community but most of all, the Companion Animals of all species, shapes and sizes!
